The LOTS Project
Current Status
We have been Full Time in our RV now since October of 2022. We traveled, spent a winter in Texas and have been in SW Tennessee since May of 2023. We are currently working on a project with Toolman Tim Cook developing his 15 acre property here in Tennessee. The project is called Delinquent’s Gully and is on course to be a multi purpose property including a getaway vacation spot for Tim and his family but also bring in multiple streams of income. Using the guiding principles of Permaculture we are installing several food forest guilds, perennial nursery, and several other homesteading and off grid living projects. There will also be several off grid cabins which will host retreats and educational meetups. Keep an eye out for the launch of The LOTS Project Patreon page where we will share all the content related to Delinquents Gully. We are committed to this project through at least 2028.
